Shipping & Delivery Information

At Ghamall we aim to get all your products to you in the fastest time possible. Each and every single day we ship to hundreds of satisfied customers locally and across the world, helping you through the whole process.
We break down shipping time s into two parts.

First we have processing time, followed by shipping time.

The processing time includes : Order verification, quality
check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer/ supplier for
dispatch within 24 - 48 hours after the order is placed.

• Local manufacturer / supplier (in Ghana)

          The processing time takes within 24 hours

• International manufacturer / supplier

          The processing time takes within 2- 4days

Followed by Shipping time : This refers to the time it takes for parcel to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

Local delivery (within Ghana) usually takes within 24 - 72 hours business days. 

Depending on the time of order and distance of destination. Meanwhile for express delivery within 24hours, for order of stock in Ghana can be done NB:Extra Delivery Charges May Apply

International delivery to Ghana usually takes about 7 – 14 business days.

After processing and leaving the warehouse, parcels usually take between 7 -14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from  time to time due to unforeseen conditions.

We humbly ask you allow some time if estimated arrival date exceeds.
